Apple just had to blow our minds again and get us all to spend more money at the Apple Store. Wow! I can’t contain my excitement! If you haven’t seen it yet go to Apple.com/iPad and make sure to watch the video <- direct link.
It has a battery life of around 10 hours maybe I could run it down sooner. I'm not sure if watching a ton of videos would beat down the battery life quicker or not. I just hope hulu has an app specifically for the iPad, but even if it doesn’t I know you can watch the videos on hulu.com with the Safari App.
Apple iPad is alive with the A4 chip and runs on either WiFi or 3G Network. So expect to see people showing them off at Starbucks and everywhere. I don’t think it runs the whole Mac OSX operating system. So its not a laptop. And I don’t think its a phone yet, but isn’t that a fun idea?
It is the technology of the iPod Touch and iPhone super-sized and super-charged (around 8×9 or 7×9 inches). The display is LED which is the brightest and most brilliant display technology. The interface is called multi-touch which includes the tap, double tap, drag, pinch and reverse-pinch or Zoom.
I am an iPod Touch owner and you will find me camping out at the Apple Store when the iPad is finally available! I give this product a confident pre-release rating of:
